{Written on May 7, 2017} I have 30 minutes to wander in Martigny. In that time I found a little square by a church and clock tower, shaded by a willowing green and the sound of birds singing their chirp, the scent of frying oil and garlic waking the 12:20 air.

{Written on April 26, 2017} Yawns are the universal connector. No matter how far away you may be from a person, physically or emotionally, if you look someone in the eye and pass a yawn you will have been able to feel the other's experience. That's the birth of empathy.
